Hey, my name is Laura Jimenez.
As the oldest daughter of a teenage mother who quickly succumbed to a drug addiction, I began running my household at the age of 8 years old. I promised my younger brother and sister that I would be the example they didn’t see at home. I left for college, the Peace Corps, graduate school and eventually made it to the White House.
Lacking the right kind of financial education cost me dearly even though I made it pretty far in life. I had nothing to hand down to my family members and could only watch as they struggled financially. Everyone on the internet talked about real estate investing. However, renting to tenants would only earn at most a couple hundred bucks a month profit. A person would have to own hundreds of rentals to make any real money. There had to be a faster way.
A completely new way of investing in real estate happened when Airbnb hit the scene. Investors who owned short-term rentals earned thousands a month in profits. I quickly grew to three short-term rentals within one year. As other investors did the same, cities began to ban them.
I had a secret weapon. With 15 years of experience in federal laws, I used that expertise to find undiscovered locations where short-term rentals are not just welcomed, but are the lifeblood of the local economy.hn Doe

Q: Who is this class for?
Investors who are new to either real estate investing or to luxury vacation rental investing in particular. If you are an investor who wants to build your investment within the next 6 months, then this class is for you.
Q: Who is this class not for?
People who are merely curious about real estate investing. This class is not yet another to be added to your collection of courses, books and videos that you still have never taken action on. If you do not intend to invest within the next 6 months, please don't waste your money or our time.
Q: How much is the training?
There are 2 ways to participate in The Leverage Luxury BnB Challenge. The General Admission is only $97 and the VIP Experience is only $297 for a VIP ticket, which includes backstage passes to watch and learn from the online pre-game show as Laura answers Q&A of VIP Experience Ticket holders.
Q: How is this different from your courses or free content on short-term rentals and real estate investing?
While I do have content available on short-term rentals and real estate investing, this is my premiere content on those topics and the first time I've created a challenge live or otherwise.
Q: Are the challenge classes live?
Yes, classes will be live. Although the classes will be live and recorded you won't be able to purchase the recordings so you will need to watch the challenge live or watch the recordings for the limited time they will be posted in the Facebook Group.
Q: How dose a 5-Day challenge work?
Each day the challenge training will run from 7:00p to 8:00p, with backstage additional VIP Experience training with questions from VIP Experience ticket holders from 6:00p-7:00p each day. In the evening you are encouraged to complete the tasks within the window provided.
Q: Will I get direct feedback from Laura?
Only if you purchase an upgrade of a VIP Experience ticket, you will have the opportunity to ask a question during the Q & A sessions each day. If you have General Admission you will not have access to listen to the Q&A sessions prior to the general training.
Q: If I don't have any real estate investments or Airbnbs yet, is this challenge for me?
Because Laura teaches based on principles, this challenge does help investors from all arenas. If you plan on investing in luxury vacation rentals within the next 6 months, then this challenge will help you begin that journey.
