I’m Laura, a seasoned real estate investor and the visionary behind a large-scale glamping development. With years of experience navigating the complex world of regulations, zoning laws, and property development, I’ve honed the skills needed to turn raw land into profitable glamping sites.

This challenge is designed for entrepreneurs who are ready to dive into the glamping business. It’s ideal for beginners who may have already downloaded my free training and are eager to take the next step. If you have at least $50,000 in start-up capital or already own land, this challenge will guide you through the essential steps to start your glamping enterprise.
Q: Who is this class not for?
This challenge may not be suitable for those who aren’t financially prepared to invest in land or fund the down payments needed for construction. If you’re not ready to make a serious commitment to launching a glamping site, this might not be the right time for you.
Q: How much is the training?
There are 2 ways to participate in The Start Your Glamping Business Challenge. The General Admission is only $97 and the VIP Experience is only $297 for a VIP ticket, which includes backstage passes to watch and learn from the online pre-game show as Laura answers Q&A of VIP Experience Ticket holders.
Q: How is this different from your courses or free content on Airbnb and glamping businesses?
This challenge offers more in-depth guidance and actionable strategies than what you’ll find in my free content. It’s designed to give you the tools and confidence to start your glamping enterprise immediately. VIP participants also receive personalized feedback and exclusive resources tailored to their specific needs, which are not available in my other offerings.
Q: Are the challenge classes live?
Yes, classes will be live. Although the classes will be live and recorded you won't be able to purchase the recordings so you will need to watch the challenge live or watch the recordings for the limited time they will be posted in the Facebook Group.
Q: How does a 5-Day challenge work?
Each day the challenge training will run from 6:00p to 7:00p, with backstage additional VIP Experience training with questions from VIP Experience ticket holders from 5:00p-6:00p each day. In the evening you are encouraged to complete the tasks within the window provided.
Q: Will I get direct feedback from Laura?
Only if you purchase an upgrade of a VIP Experience ticket, you will have the opportunity to ask a question during the Q & A sessions each day. If you have General Admission you will not have access to listen to the Q&A sessions prior to the general training.
Q: If I don't have any real estate investments yet, is this challenge for me?
Absolutely. This challenge is still valuable even if you don’t own real estate investments yet. However, you’ll need to have enough capital to purchase land and fund the down payment for construction, or if you already own land, to secure construction loans. The challenge will prepare you to make informed decisions and take the necessary steps to get your glamping business off the ground.
